Questions about this service

How long does BMS commissioning take?

It depends on the point count and how ready the site is. Testing goes faster when the field devices are installed and powered and the mechanical contractor is ready to run the equipment.

Do you work as a subcontractor to the main contractor?

Yes. Most of our BMS work is a subcontract to the main or MEP contractor, with submittals and testing coordinated with the consultant.

What do you need to price a BMS?

The MEP drawings or the BMS IO list, the BMS specification and the project location.
